ICARO project opens the procedure to select the volunteers to be trained on soft-skills for adult educators.
Following the project’s application, five professionals will be involved in training of adult people or long-term unemployed. They will be selected by the national partners in their home countries ( Servicio Regional de Empleo y Formacion de Murcia; KEK Tehnikes Sholes Epimelitriou Irakleiou; Socialiniu Inovaciju Fondas and Hamburger Volkschoschschule).
The 5 days-training will take place in November in Hamburg. The training will be focused on:
- Existing good practices
- On line teaching environments and tools
- Explanation on different training modules to be delivered later with unemployed adult learners.
- Practical tests among peers on different potential situations that may appear during the training with adult learners.
- Workshop activities, debates, round table discussions, exercises and practical activities, case studies presentation and examples of good practices.
Before joining the international training, the selected participants would have to follow a previous five days of a preparatory courses in their home countries. This will be organised by the national partners.
At the end of this training they are expected to have the specific competencies to transfer this training in your ordinary job with adult people or long-term unemployed.
